Finishing Up the HG Destiny Heine Westenfluss

So, this Heine Westenfluss Destiny got me pumped to finish it, with the neat colors and looking so good.  Just as a reminder, I had no clue who Heine was, never saw the series the Destiny is from, but I started building this because it was the only 'reddish' kit that was at the local Barnes and Noble before our local gunpla group's big "red October" meetup.  Heres what I was building and how far I got.

I don't have a lot of build pictures for this one, just one more middle pic where its spoiling for a fight:

Heres the final pic on the build surface, and immediately I just had to take some lit pics even without the lightbox set up.

It looks great! It also comes with a handheld gun and the white triangles on the shoulders come off to form daggers. And it comes with an extra hand that shoots a clear blast out, as well as a clear effect for a different shield I dont really understand. Also, the sword folds in half and stores on the back, as does a GIGANTIC gun that slings down under his shoulder while still connected. But I jut love the wings sword and shield look SO much I'm keeping it like this. (link to video in case it doesn't work well on the blog upload: https://i.imgur.com/6hOBJT7.mp4)

I also made a minibox for it, and put the extra hands and whatnot in it.

Finally, a nice group shot!

Next time I'll try and have more than just some pictures, but this kit is great! Its got some cool poses, a bunch of accessories and effects and move-able parts, a interesting color scheme, etc. Highly recommended. Its inspired me to get some action bases, coming in soon!
